IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
The deadline of payment is on March 12, 2024 but as soon as all seats are sold, we will close the registration immediately. As of today, there are no more seats available in the registration. Every participant must REGISTER and PAY. Only registered and fully paid (no promissory notes) participants are allowed to enter the venue. On-site payments are not honored. No walk-in payments. A QR ticket will be issued to all paid participants before the event date. Strictly, no QR ticket, no entry.

Welcome to PSITE NATCON 2024
We are thrilled to announce that the PSITE National Convention 2024 will be held in Cagayan de Oro, Region 10, in coordination with our PSITE regional chapter counterparts and in collaboration with our host institutions - Xavier University, Ateneo De Cagayan De Oro and University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines. The event is scheduled on March 21-23, 2024, at Mallberry Suites Business Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City with the theme “New Era of Education: PSITE’s Leadership in Embracing AI in Higher Learning”.
Flaunt your best Filipiniana attire and showcase the beauty of your chapters. Regional chapters may join this fun optional activity on March 22, 2024.
Registration Fees
Participant: ₱ 6,000.00
Official receipts (OR) will be distributed by the National Treasurer in the venue, provided that PSITE received the exact amount as stated in the registration fees. Any other fees and taxes must be shouldered by the payer. Incomplete payments must be settled.

What's included in the registration fee:
Participation in the convention sessions, conference kit, AM and PM snacks and lunch for Day 1 and Day 2, and participation in collaborative networking opportunities.

Who can join this event?
Initially, we are prioritizing existing active members of PSITE within the AY 2023-2024 (April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024). Non-members may join this event at a later time.
What are the inclusions/exclusions of this event?
A convention fee of Php 6,000.00 includes access to the convention, resources, and meals (Day one: 1 lunch, 1 snack, 1 dinner | Day two : 2 snacks , 1 lunch, 1 dinner | Day three: 1 snack, 1 lunch). Transportation and accommodation expenses are not included.
Can I do an on-site/walk-in registration?
No. All registration and payment processes are online. On-site or walk-in registrations will not be entertained. No QR ticket, no entry.
How much is the convention fee?
The convention fee is Php 6,000.00. PSITE National must receive the exact amount of the indicated registration fee. Payers must shoulder other fees and/or taxes being imposed by the payment gateway.

I registered but did not attach a proof of payment. Is my seat guaranteed?
No. Registrations with no proof of payment attached is unverified. Once your registration and proof of payment is verified, we will email you a confirmation of receipt within 14 days.
Please pay the convention fee and attach the proof of payment in the provided Google Form.
If you are waiting for your company subsidy, please pay ahead to secure your seat while the registration is open. If we reached the maximum capacity of participants, we will close the registration. Unpaid registrations will be discarded.
Will PSITE National issue a receipt?
Please make sure that you attached the proof of payment in the Google Form registration. Once we verified your payment, a confirmation of payment will be sent to you within 14 days. The official receipt will be distributed by the National Treasurer on the first day of the event.
Other tips?
Do not book an accomodation or buy a plane ticket to Cagayan De Oro if your registration is not verified. PSITE will not be liable for this kind of action.
