Submission
All submissions must conform to the formatting instructions using the
SPRINGER
template and be submitted via the electronic submission system.
Each submission must be in complete English and must be no less than 5 pages and not exceed 15 pages (including the title, authors, abstract, figures, and references).
Note: Undergrad students' papers are accepted in this year's ICITE conference.
Publication
Traditionally, all papers registered and presented at the ICITE 2025 conference will be published online with an ISSN number. Authors of selected accepted papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for consideration in the International Journal of Computing Sciences Research, International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research, a SCOPUS-indexed journal, at a discounted publication rate. Review Process
- Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the EasyChair platform. All submissions must strictly follow the Springer template provided by the conference.
- Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial screening conducted by track experts from the Organizing Committee. This step ensures that the paper aligns with the conference themes and meets the minimum quality standards for consideration.
- Once the manuscript passes the initial screening, it is assigned to at least two, and preferably three, independent referees who are selected by the Programme Committee based on their expertise in the relevant field.
- The referees evaluate the manuscript using a comprehensive set of criteria, including the novelty and originality of the research, the clarity and appropriateness of the methodology, the depth and relevance of the literature review, the overall clarity and structure of the presentation, the significance of the contribution to the field, ethical considerations, and the accuracy and formatting of references and citations.
- Each referee submits a detailed review report through the online system. This report includes an overall assessment of the manuscript’s strengths and weaknesses, specific recommendations for improvement, and a decision recommendation—whether to accept the paper, request minor or major revisions, or reject it.
- Based on the referees’ feedback, the Programme Committee make the final editorial decision and notify the authors regarding the acceptance of their paper for presentation at the conference.
- For publication, all accepted papers will be included in the ICITE 2025 Book of Abstracts, which will carry an official ISBN. Further publication opportunities will be announced once the application for partner journal publication is approved.

Official receipts will be distributed by the National Treasurer in the venue, provided that PSITE received the exact amount as stated in the registration fees. Any other fees and taxes must be shouldered by the payer. Incomplete payments must be settled.

Accepted papers in the conference require at least one registered (paid) author to be included in the conference program. Registered authors (main and co-authors) shall be awarded a certificate of Oral Presentation and certificate of Participation. Registered Listener participants shall be given a Certificate of Participation.
Conference Registration

Listener registration is for participants who would like to attend the conference only without a paper presentation.
