IMPORTANT: The deadline of payment is on October 15, 2023 but as soon as all seats are sold, we will close the registration immediately. As of today, REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Only registered and fully paid (no promissory notes) authors/listeners are allowed to enter the venue. On-site payments are not honored and convention kits are not guaranteed. A QR ticket will be issued to all paid participants before the event date. Strictly, no QR ticket, no entry.

The PSITE ICITE2023 invites researchers, faculty, students, administrators, and IT practitioners to present, discuss & exchange ideas, approaches, developments, and research results in the following conference topics:

Submission
All submissions must conform to the formatting instructions using the APA template and be submitted via the electronic submission system.
Each submission must be in complete English and must be no less than 5 pages and not exceed 15 pages (including the title, authors, abstract, figures, and references).
Note: Undergrad students' papers are accepted in this year's ICITE conference.
Publication
All papers registered and presented at the ICITE 2023 conference will be published online with an ISSN number. Authors of selected accepted papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for consideration in the International Journal of Computing Sciences Research, International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research, a SCOPUS-indexed journal, at a discounted publication rate.

Note: All full paper submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent peers and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability.
Registration Fees
Listener: ₱ 6,000.00
Author: ₱ 6,850.00
Additional Paper: ₱ 2,500.00
Poster Presentation: ₱ 6,500.00
Official receipts will be distributed by the National Treasurer in the venue, provided that PSITE received the exact amount as stated in the registration fees. Any other fees and taxes must be shouldered by the payer. Incomplete payments must be settled.

Accepted papers in the conference require at least one registered(paid) author to be included in the conference program. Registered authors (main and co-authors) shall be awarded a certificate of Oral Presentation and certificate of Participation. Registered Listener participants shall be given a certificate of Participation.
What's included in the registration fee:
Participation in the conference sessions, conference kit, AM and PM snacks and lunch for Day 1 and Day 2, and participation in collaborative networking opportunities.
Conference Registration
Author Registration is for participants whose papers are accepted and will be presented at the conference.
Listener registration is for participants who would like to attend the conference only without a paper presentation.
All participants have to register using the link as provided in the website. In the registration, please attach the proof of payment to the Google Form. The registration will be successful until receipt of confirmation from the conference chair.

ICITE 2023 will be held on November 16-18, 2023 in Boracay and will be hosted by Central Philippine University, Aklan State University and Malay College, our partner schools and sponsor for this year's event.
